Poem 212 of 230: REMEMBER THEM?
Back when we became defenders
(We have plainly been attackers),
Defenders’ blood, sweat and years
Were paid to keep a good home-way -
A way about to be stealth-blown,
As mass immigration gained-sway
And as we slipped as maintainers.
