WALKABOUTSVERSE 126 OF 230

Poem 126 of 230:  WATERSCAPES OF OLDHAM - AUTUMN 2000

On a wet windy autumn-day,
    Within Greater Manchester,
Inside Oldham Art Gallery,
    A wooden-shelved greenhouse lay.

And on the shelves were neatly placed
    Not pot plants but clear-glass
Clean-water-filled bottles and jars -
    Photographic-transfer faced.

So - as aquatic sounds streamed through,
From speakers upon the wall -
Unique 3D. effects were seen:
    “Waterscapes,” all strangely true.
