Is an issue that all states face:
It happens democratically
(All of-opinion - voting free/
Part of-opinion - compulsory,
With donkey-votes to dodge a fee);

It happens autocratically
(Sometimes involving prophecy).
What’s most important, in my case,
Is that humane acts win the race.
